I bought this ring had it for about a mont. The largest stone fell out. Totally gone. I ask about a replacement. It is supposed to be under warranty. The company wants me to buy a new ring or pay for the replacement stone. And also pay for all the shipping. Total joke. What a way to stand by your product. I will never use this company again. Oh all this after I waited over 2 months to get the product. Because they attempted to send the product to my email instead of my address. Just a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and save your money. My ring is just in a dresser drawer. Broken and no hope to ever have it replaced or fixed by this company.

This ring is absolutely beautiful and the white sapphires sparkle so much in the sun light! The center stone sits up a tad higher than I was used to but it only took me a day or two to get used to it. Order 1/2 size up since it’s a wide ring. Be prepared to wait a while for them to ship but once it shipped, I had it very quickly. Will definitely order from Lajerrio again!

The ring is gorgeous and fit perfect, I sized up 1/2 size because it looked like a thicker band and so happy I did. However, I have had my ring not even two weeks, I don’t wear it showering, washing dishes or sleeping and I am a stay at home mom so not too much hard work with my hands, the ring already is scratching and loosing its finish. While it is a gorgeous ring I am disappointed I will have to upgrade way faster than I originally planned on!

This is a very beautiful ring. My husband bought it for me for Christmas, and I absolutely loved it. Then one day I sat down next to my husband and he pointed at my finger. The main stone was gone! My fiancee gave me this ring on September 8th, 2018. It was beautiful!! Very stunning!! On December 4th, 2018 the main sapphire fell out of the setting. Lucky for me, it just fell on the desk. My fiancee contacted Lajerrio Customer service, who told him he would have to pay $40 to ship it back, and it would be their discretion as to if they fixed it for free. My fiancee then took it to a jeweler who assessed the ring and said it was poorly made, and the whole ring would have to be recasted for $159. I took it to a second jeweler who said the very same thing. We contacted Lajerrio Customer service again and asked for a refund or ring exchange. They offered a 40% off our next purchase and a $15 refund on the ring. We were told that was the best they could do for us. Never again!!!

My fiancé ordered me this ring after I looked at several reviews and figured it wasn’t a bad idea or buy. We ordered it in August and within the first month my ring started chipping and the “coating” to the ring started to flake off daily. I emailed customer service and was told there was nothing they could do as in it was considered normal wear or tear. Last week I was at work (desk job) and I look down and my middle diamond fell out of the prongs. I am not happy with the quality of this ring nor the company. Will not buy from here again.

My fiancé originally got another ring but they couldn't size it up to what I needed it at. We searched for another set that was as beautiful as the first, and I must say, this set is even better! I was a little skeptical at first ordering online since sizes can get mixed up or the quality doesn't amount up to what you thought. But as soon as I opened the box, my jaw dropped and my heart stopped! It looks like it's worth well over a grand, and even has details on the side I didn't even know would be included! It was a 2 week wait, but it was well worth it in the end! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I received my rings on 2/9/18 I tried them on and they where too big I send an email trying to exhange them and to see when I could get my new set and Sandra the person that was helping me could not answer my question. it's been two weeks and no return authorization and now I'm being told that I have to pay a 20% restoking fee. it would be nice if you let your customers know that first hand, and what happend to returns hassel free? how can you guys go about your day knowing your lying to your customers and taking money from them not knowing how hard we have to work for it. I got my ring in the mail yesterday and I was so excited to try it on, when I did the ring was way too big. I email Sandra regarding my issue and that I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. I had already talked to Sandra regarding my tracking # in the past because I had paid extra to get it faster and it still took longer to receive. Sandra's reply was that I need it to send pictures to prove the issue. all I want is a smaller size I did send her the pictures, but at this point I just want to return the ring and go somewhere else too many issue for one order.

How To Measure
1. Cut a piece of paper into a long thin strip.
2. Wrap the piece of paper around your knuckle, which is the largest point the ring will have to be able to get over.
3. Mark where the two ends of the paper first overlap with a marker.
4. Measure the length with a ruler.
5. Refer to ring size chart to determine what ring size is.
We have already listed some steps for you to choose your right size bracelets. Bear in mind that the more charms you add to your bracelets, the tighter it will become.
Step 1: Use the tape measure or a strip of paper to measure your wrist.
Just wrap the soft tape measure around the broadest part of your wrist and take note of the length. If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length (The starting end of the paper must be at the base of the ruler and marked 0). That would be your wrist size.
Step 2: Add one inch, or 2.5 centimeters, onto this measurement to get the final length of your bracelets.
Please make sure there's enough space to tuck in 2 fingers as this is the space you need to add the charms. If you want to add less than seven charms, add 2 centimeters are ok. If you plan to wear eight or more charms, please add 3 centimeters. If you purchase a bangle, just choose the next size from your actual wrist measurement.
Notes:
1.
A bracelet is perfectly sized when you measure your wrist tightly and add 2 or 3 cm.
2.
If you are between sizes, ask yourself how you like to wear your bracelet. If you wear it tightly choose the smaller size and if you like to wear it loosely take the next size up.
3.
Please be aware that when you receive a new bracelet it will feel stiff, which can make it uncomfortably tight. The bracelet will quickly soften and become more flexible as you wear it.
